BULK BUTTER ICING-GROOTMAAT BOTTERVERSIERSEL
2 x 500 g Rama
1.88 kg Icing Sugar (2 & 1/2 bags icing sugar 750 g)
1 cup cocoa for chocolate
10 – 15 ml vanilla essence (butter vanilje Dr Oetker tastes devine!)
approx 4-6 tbsp hot milk
Beat butter with paddle attachment till really soft and almost white. Add essence. Start adding sieved icing sugar and loosen mixture with a tablespoon of hot milk when needed.
Enough to cover approximately 4 bier box cakes
