EGG AND DAIRY FREE BISCUITS
90 ml oil
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons water, mixed with 1 teaspoon oil and 2 teaspoons baking powder to replace the egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
½ a banana
Mix oil and sugar till well combined.
Mix egg replacement with the vanilla and salt. Add to sugar mixture.
Mash up banana and mix together till well combined.
Add baking powder and flour and knee together.
Form balls and flatten.
Bake at 180°C for 10 to 15 min.
