MUFFIN MIX MUFFINS MET KOELDRANK

Jy vat n gewone vanilla muffin mix vir 12 muffins en dan meng jy jou kind se gunsteling koeldrank by 330 ml. (1 blikkie) en dan skep jy in jou muffin pan en bak vir 15 – 20 min by 180°c. En siedaar. Baie lekker!

CHEESY BACON AND CORN MUFFINS
Cheesy Bacon & Corn Muffins
125g shortcut bacon, diced
1¾ cups self-raising flour
2 cups grated cheese
1½ cups milk
1 egg
60g butter, melted

SOUR MILK OATMEAL MUFFINS
Soak 1 cup oatmeal and 1 cup buttermilk or sour milk for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add 1 egg and ½ cup brown sugar and mix well.
Prepare flour mixture of
1 cup cake flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
Add to oatmeal mixture and mix until flour is wet.
Mix in 1/3 cup oil.
Spray 12 muffin cups with Pam/Spray and Cook.
Fill with batter.
Bake at 200ºC for 20 minutes.

MAYONNAISE MUFFINS

2 koppies Bruismeel
4 eetlepels mayonnaise
1 koppie melk
1 teelepel suiker
1 eier
½ teelepel sout [As jy nie suiker gebruik nie]
Meng al die bestanddele en skep in gesmeerde muffin pannetjies. Bak by 190°C vir 10 -12 min.
