JELLY MOULDS
It is so very easy to make…use what ever jelly you like, make it according to the box instructions allow to set…then take a cup of hot water and dissolve 20g gelatin in it (I used the powder type of gelatin not the sheets) add one tin of condensed milk to this mixture. Allow this mixture to cool…I used a small silicon mould (normally used for chocolates) cut the jelly into small pieces place it in the bottom of the mold, fill it up with condensed milk mixture , place in fridge to set and walla…..this is not very sweet at all, it truly is a great little treat…
