2 koppies koekmeel
½ koppie kakao
1 teelepel koeksoda
1 ½ teelepel bakpoeier
1 ½ koppie karringmelk
3 eiers
½ koppie olie
Sif al die droë bestanddelde saam. Meng die melk, eiers en olie saam en voeg by meelmengsel!
Skep in ‘n ringpan en bak vir 55 min op 180°C. Ek het myne na 40 minute uitgehaal was toe reg!! Continue reading

1½ koppie suiker
4 eiers
2 koppies koekmeel
4 teelepels bakpoeier
125 g Stork margarien
1 koppie melk
1 teelepel vanilla geursel
Klits die suiker en eiers saam vir 10 min.
Sif die koekmeel en bakpoeier saam.
Smelt die Stork, melk en vanilla saam.
Meng die eier- en meelmengsel saam vir 10 min.
Roer die melkmengsel by.
Ek het die helfte van die resep aangemaak om vandag te toets.
Bak 25 min by 180 ºC op onderste rak.

375 ml strooisuiker
2 ml vanillageursel
500 ml koekmeelblom
1 ml sout
12,5 ml bakpoeier

MARKDAG PLAATKOEK
FLOWER-SHAPED MANGO CAKES
FLOWER-SHAPED MANGO CAKES
1 can mango slices
75 ml milk
250 ml butter
300 ml sugar
5 large eggs
625 ml cake flour
5 ml baking powder
pinch of salt
Drain the mango slices, reserve the juice and cut the fruit into smaller pieces.
Add the milk to 50 ml of the juice and set aside.
Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl until light.
Add the eggs one at a time and beat continuously.
Sift the cake flour, baking powder and salt.
Fold the flour mixture alternately with the milk and mango juice into the butter mixture.
Fold in the fruit lastly.
Pour the batter into prepared flower-shaped silicone cake molds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Cool and remove from the molds, then dust with icing sugar.

Ek maak myne in die mikrogolf en dit bly ‘n wenner in ons huis! Ek gebruik my diep silicon ring pan.
1½ cups cake flour
10 ml cinnamon
8 ml bicarbonate of soda
5 ml nutmeg
3 ml salt
3 cups grated carrot
1 ½ cups sugar
¾ cup oil
100 g walnuts, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
