LAYERED VEGETABLE CHEESECAKE
24 cm springform cake tin sides sprayed with non-stick spray and bottom covered with baking paper and sprayed. Put 2 layers of heavy duty tinfoil around the cake tin so as to make sure no water can get into the springform tin. Make sure you have an oven dish big enough to fit the springform tin into when baked in water bath/bain marie in oven.
200 g Salticrax salted crackers with Roasted Onion
12 ml finely grated Cheddar cheese
80 g butter, melted
15 ml sunflower seeds
15 ml pumpkin seeds
