INGREDIENTS;
VANILLA ICE CREAM.
Dark choclate.
Cherries(red and green).
Walnuts.
METHOD:leave ice cream outside the freezer to soften /fold melted choclate into ice cream. Add nuts a cherries and mix through. Freeze for 2-3 hours.

1 blik kondensmelk
1 slab wit sjokolade
Smelt die sjokolade in die mikrogolf.
Meng die kondensmelk by.
Plaas eenkant.
Klits die room styf en vou kondensmelkmengsel in.
Skep in ‘n plastiek bak en vries 2-3 ure.

2L quality store-bought vanilla ice cream
6 sugar cones
For the caramel sauce:
200 g soft brown sugar
50 ml Sedgwick’s Old Brown

ULTRA MEL ICE CREAM
Serves 6-8
60 g castor sugar
250 ml cream
500 ml Ultra Mel custard

KRAKERIGE ROOMYSSKYWE
600 ml dik room
1 blik kondensmelk
3 crunchies (of enige lekkers van keuse)
1 – 2 pakkies tennisbeskuitjies
Voer vierkantige plastiek bak uit met waspapier / foelie / kleefplastiek en pak ‘n laag koekies onder in die bak.
Klits die room en kondensmelk styf en vou die gebreekte lekkers of sjokolade van eie keuse daarby in.
Giet die roommengsel oor die laag koekies en pak ‘n laag weer ‘n koekies bo-op die roommengsel.
Plaas die bak in die vrieskas totdat dit heeeltemal gevries is, verkieslik oornag.
Nota:
Ek hou nie by die hoeveelheid lekkers en sjokolade van die resep nie. Ek gebruik enige tipe wat ek verkies en ook die hoeveelheid soos ek verkies, hierdie een het “Crunchies” en “Astros” in.
Ek het die resep dubbel aangemaak, 5 x “Crunchies” en 2 x boksies “Astros” ingeroer. Ek het al ander lekkers ook gebruik, maar vir my persoonlik vind ek hierdie werk die beste.

FROZEN PEPERMINT TART
1 packet of tennis biscuits
1 tin of caramel
300ml cream
2 × 49g peppermint crisp bars
Line a small loaf pan with tin foil. Line the bottom of the tin with biscuits. Tin should be 19×8 – 3 cookies will fit. Continue reading
350 ml frozen Pineapple concentrate
3 cups Water
1 cup Sugar
Combine sugar and water jn small saucepan, Simmer to dissolve the sugar and cool.
Mix all ingedients in a mixing bowl , blender or food processor.
Put in frozen icecream canister and mix for about 20 minutes.
