ULTRA MEL ICE CREAM
Serves 6-8
60 g castor sugar
250 ml cream
500 ml Ultra Mel custard
Chocolate flake to garnish
In a mixing bowl add the sugar and cream and whip until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the Ultra Mel into the cream mixture
Gently pour the mixture into a mixing bowl, place in the freezer for an hour and stir again. Repeat 4 times.
Place into suitable freezer dish and freeze for 24 hours.
Scoop into balls and serve on sugar cones. Top with chocolate flake.
