HALOGEN OVEN

ROAST CHICKEN IN HALOGEN OVEN
Remove excess fat from chicken, wash and pat dry.
Crush 4 cloves of garlic and rub over and inside the chicken.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place on the lower rack of your preheat oven.
Stuffing (optional)
2 cup brown/ white bread crumbs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
Herbs:
½ teaspoon tarrgon
½ teaspoon thyme

CHICKEN MUSHROOM BAKEtested
CHICKEN MUSHROOM BAKE
1 packet creamy mushroom soup
400 ml water
2 spring onions, chopped
400 ml chicken, chopped
black pepper
3 eggs, separated

Mix soup and water. Cook to thick.
Stir in onions, chicken and pepper.
Leave to cool. Beat in yolks.
Beat whites and fold in.
Bake at 200ºC for 3O min.
Add peas, broccoli, fresh mushrooms and small noodles if you like!
