

FRIED FISH WITH BAKED POTATO AND SALAD
FISH
Clean your fish and cut it half way through
Set it aside
Flour(self raising flour)
Fish spice
Paprika
Cayenne pepper
Salt
In a bowl mix all your dry ingredients
Dip your fish one by one
Place in another plate and leaf for 5 mins
Heat up your oil in a pan
Now repeat to dip the fish in a flour mixer
Put in hot oil
Fry 5 mins each side or until golden brown
POTATOES
Potatoes
Black pepper
Cumin spice
Potato spice
Salt
Peal your potatoes and cut into 4
Put in a bowl
Spice up with all the spice
Drizzle olive oil
Bake for 45 mins 250 degrees C
COLESLAW
Lettuce
Carrots
Cucumber
Salad cream
Viniger
Salt
Sour cream
SALAD DRESSING
Mix salad cream viniger salt and sour cream in a small bowl
Drizzle it on top of the salad
Optional. Sugar if you like a sweet dressing
