


MEAT LOAF MASH CAKE
Servings: 6
1 kg mince
250 g diced bacon
3 eggs
3 finely sliced onions
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup bread crumbs
spices for meat
5 large potatoes
3 tablespoons tomato paste
3 tablespoons Chutney
Cook potatoes and make normal mash.
Mix eggs, 1 onion and all spices, tomato paste and chutney with the mince.
Make 2 x 500 g patties and bake in oven until cooked.
Caramelise the rest of the onion and bake the bacon until golden brown.
Put 1 patty on the serving plate and smear with mash, put some onions on top with half the peas.
Put the last patty on top and smear the hole cake with mash.
Use some mash and make balls to put in circle on top.
Put the peas and onions on top and drape the side of the cake with bacon. Heat up in oven and enjoy.
