MARSHMALLOW AND PINEAPPLE TART
1 pkt Tennis Biscuts
1 tin condensmilk
125 ml lemon juice
2 x 150 g mini marshmallows
500 ml fresh cream
1 tin crushed pineapple (Net mass 432 g en Drained mass 281 g)

Beat cream stiff
Beat condensmilk and lemon juice together
Add cream to above, mix through
Add crushed pineapple and marshmellows, mix well
Put Tennis Biscuts in bottom of pie dish and pour filling on top
Sprinkle crushed tennis biscuts on top (optional)
