YUMMMY BREADS AND ROLLS
10 minute Arabic dough
2 cups warm water
4 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon yeast
2 cups flour
1⁄4 teaspoon
salt
2 tablespoon milk powder- secret ingredient that makes them so soft
Mix together and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Then add:
1⁄2 cup oil
3 cups flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
Mix well and knead until combined then use as desired.
I let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Bake at 180ºC for 15 min.
Use for subs, pizzas, bagels etc.
For mini pizzas
Roll out, cut shape desired, brush sauce over, filling over, cheese on top and bake 180ºC for 15 min.
Note: I used 2 cups of warm fresh milk instead of the 2 cups warm water.
I sprinkled poppy and sesame seeds on and some pizza spice on the rolls.
People I doubled the recipe so I got 2 breads and rolls.
