BUTTER BEAN AND LAMB CURRY
– braise 2 chopped onions till nice and brown and add one tbsp garlic paste
– add meat (depending on pot size)
– add 5 bayleaves en 5 all spice balls
– while meat cooks, add salt to your taste and a little curry spice
– add potatoes (depending on you)
– when potatoes soft, add 2 cans butter beans and let it simmer through
