DENZY’S TUNA TART
3 eggs whisked
2 tins tuna drained water
4 tablespoons cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
I cup whole kernel mealies
4 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients together, spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
Place mix in baking dish, sprinkle cheese on top with little parsley and bake in preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 mins.
Enjoy with nice salad.
