6 – 8 Chicken Pieces
Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Pkt Brown Onion Soup
125ml Chutney or Mango Atchar
Preheat the oven to 180 Deg. Cel.
Heat a pan and brush with a little oil. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and fry skin side down until crisp and golden brown.
Remove from the pan and arrange in an ovenproof dish.
Blend the onion soup with the water and mix in the mayonnaise and chutney or mango atchar. Pour over the chicken pieces and bake for 45 – 60 minutes or until done.
