BOVRIL AND CHEESE FRENCH TOAST ROLLS
You take a slice of bead. Cut off the crusts. Flatten it as much as possible – i used a wine bottle in support of the rhinos.
Now you spread Bovril on it.
Put a thickish slice of cheese (not too wide) on the one end. Roll it up. Dip it in eggwash. Into the pan until brown on all sides.
NOTE: Do NOT use home made bread (beer potbread) as it doesn’t want to roll up as nicely…
