HONEY-MUSTARD AND LEMON GARLIC PORK FOR SLOW COOKER
3 Sirloin pork chops
About 100-150 ml water
3 tbsp English mustard powder
3 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp crushed Garlic
2 tbsp Muscovado brown sugar
3 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1-2 tsp Corn flour (Maizena) set aside to use later to thicken sauce when pork is done.
Set slow cooker on high.
Put in the pork and add all ingredients onto meat.
Cook for one hour and 45 min, depending on thickness of meat and liking.
When cooked, take pork out of slow cooker and set aside.
Take a little bit of the sauce and mix in the corn flour and pour into remaining sauce.
Keep slow cooker on high and stir frequently until sauce is thickened (about 5-10 min).
Put pork back into the sauce, put the lid back on, switch of the slow cooker.
Wait about 15-20 min and enjoy.
