SCRUMPTIOUS MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
3X eggs
175g(220ml) sugar
60ml oil
60ml cocoa, dissolved in 125ml hot water, allow to cool.
130g(250ml) flour
10ml baking powder
2ml salt
5ml vanilla
METHOD:
1. Beat eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy
2. Add oil and mix well
3. Fold in flour, baking powder and salt, alternatively with the cocoa mixture, into the egg mixture
4. Add the vanilla essence and mix well
5. Pour into 2 greased cake tons(200mm) and bake at 180’C for 25min until done.

Ek het net 250ml meel gebruik. Ek het wel my olie dubbel gemaak om hom meer moist te kry(nie almal hoef nie)
