1 cup cooked pumpkin
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cream
5 ml baking powder
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon
1/4 cup seed and sultana mix to sprinkle on top
Heat the oven to 180*C. Mix all the ingredients, sprinkle with seed and sultana mix.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
