1 cup flour
½ cup sugar
1 cup oats
½ cup coconut
1 heaped Tablespoon cacao
1 teaspoon baking powder
170 g (6 onz) butter or margarine
Melt butter& cool .
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add butter and mix well
Press into swiss rol tin
(Looks dry but its fine)
Bake oven 180 C for 30 min.
While still hot pour over the following :
1 cup icing sugar
1 Tablespoon cacao.
Mix with a little ‘ bout 2 Tablespoons boiling water.
Should be thick pouring consistency.
Cut into squares
Store where only you can reach them- yummy !
