PICKLE CABBAGE
Hier is n baie lekker Pickle Cabbage
Slice I large cabbage and 3 large onions
Sprinkle with salt (2 tab.) leave a few hours. Drain
Make a paste with
1/2 bottle white vinegar
1 tab mixed spice
4 tabl spoon flour
1 tabl spoon turmeric
1 tabl spoon dry mustard
1 tabl spoon curry
1 tabl spoon mixed spice
Boil paste with
1 Bottle white vinegar
2 cups sugar
When thick pour over raw cabbage and onions

Ek maak dit gereeld maar halveer die bestandele as ek nie so baie wil inle nie.
