MICROWAVE MIELIE BREAD

This recipe is enough for one but you might aswell make 2, freezes well so there you go use other half of whole kernel corn for 2 nd batch.- heerlik !!
1 cup mieliemeel
1 cup cake flour
1 tin creamed mielies
½ tin whole kernel corn
½ cup milk
¼ cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
¼ cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
Mix all together in single bowl. Spray microwaveable bread pan/ ring pan with spray and cook. Pour mixture in bowl. Place in microwave and bake for 14-15 min on high.
Turn out and smeer with real butter / or Butro while hot.
Enjoy , serve with real butter and golden syrup , tastes just as Grandma used to make it !
