PANCAKES
2 cups of flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of vinegar
¼ cup of oil
2 cups of water
2 teaspoons baking powder (last)
Place flour in a bowl, in a jug mix the eggs, oil, vinegar and water. Add to the flour and mix well, if the mixture is to thick just put a bit more water.
Lastly add the baking powder and mix well.
Tip: Use a pump water bottle for mix, it works wonders.

FLOP VRYE PANNEKOEK
Basiese pannekoek (flop proof) 16 – 20 pannekoeke
500 ml koekmeel
2 eiers
10 ml bakpoeier
500 ml water
2 ml sout
15 ml asyn of suurlemoensap
Sif droë bestanddele saam.
Klits eiers en voeg by water.
Maak ‘n holte in die droë bestanddele, gooi vloeistof daarin en klop met houtlepel of klitser, totdat die beslag glad is. (as beslag nog dik is, gooi bietjie vir bietjie water ekstra by)
Skep net genoeg beslag in pan om bodem te bedek.
