SNOEK PIE
about 8 medium sized potatoes boiled, mashed
approximately 2 handfuls of shredded left over snoek
1 red onion, diced
1 half peppadew, diced
about one cup of grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Cilantro seasoning
Mix all the filling ingredients together except for the cheese and potato that you have mashed, keep one side.
Spoon into a prepared oven dish and spoon the mash over this filling as for when you make shepherds pie, than lastly add the grated cheese over the top of the mash so that it is fully covered with cheese of your choice.
Bake for approximately 15 min. due to the ingredients cooked, it shortens the baking time, at 180ºC
Serve with salad of choice and good company.
