BILTONG AND BLUEBERRY SALAD
1 packet (40 g) wild rocket
200 g strawberries
200 g blueberries
60 g feta cheese
100 g biltong
black pepper
balsamic vinegar

Cut the strawberries and feta cheese into pieces. Mix the wild rocket leaves, strawberries, blue berries, biltong and feta cheese together. Sprinkle with black pepper and balsamic vinegar.
