BEEF AND LAMB CURRY
100 g beef cut up into blocks
2 lamb chops cut up into blocks
100 ml fresh cream
4 mushrooms, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 heaped teaspoonful of curry powder
10 ml Worchester sauce
5 ml cornflour mix with a little water
5 ml crushed garlic
Morrocan spice
Mixed herbs spice
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil for frying
In a pot add the olive oil.
Add the onion and fry till golden and soft.
Add the beef and lamb and fry till the meat is sealed and brown on all sides.
Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for 20-25min on low heat.
After simmering remove from heat and set aside.
