SAVOURY BUTTERNUT BAKE
1 kg butternut cubes
1 pkt white onion soup
250 ml fresh cream
salt to taste

Grease or spray with non stick spray a oven proof dish.
Put the butternut in the dish.
Mix the soup with 1 cup of water.
Mix cream with the soup.
Season the butternut.
Pour the soup over the butternut.
Bake at 200ºC for 1 hour.
