SPRITZ COOKIES WITH JAM
Het resep dubbel aangemaak.
80 g flour
20 g corn starch
40 g icing sugar
60 g butter
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon milk
vanilla extract
strawberry jam
Melt butter in microwave for 30 sec.
Beat together melted butter, egg yolk, milk and few drops of vanilla extract until it looks like mayo.
Sift flour, corn starch and icing together.
Sift little bit at a time over butter mixture and use spatula to incorporate.
Put in piping bag with star tip.
Pipe circle with a little edge for the jam.
Warm jam a few seconds in microwave so that it becomes runny and put in the middle of pipped dough.
Bake at 175 ˚C for 12 – 15 min.
