3 onions chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
30 ml tomato sauce
30 ml Worshestershire sauce
15 ml vinegar
15 ml brown sugar
30 ml sweet red wine
15 ml chutney
15 ml oil
Fry vegetables in oil until soft. Add all ingredient to veggies and cook for 5 min. Add salt and pepper to taste.
**Place a pineapple ring(optional) on burger patty and serve with sauce.
Also good with sausage rolls or steak.
