

KRISTIE SE SAGOPOEDING
1 cup Sago covered in 500ml water for 30min. After 30min. drained and set aside.
1 litre milk
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 eggs mixed
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Few teaspoons of salted butter
Some cinnamon
Add the sago, milk, salt and sugar in a pot. Add the eggs and vanilla essence.
Bring to the boil.
Put into greased casserole dish, dotted with butter.
Sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
Bake at 180 Degrees Celsius for 60min.
Serve with whipped cream and added a teaspoon of icing sugar.
You can add some honey if you want to.
