OVEN PAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients (Dry)
3 cups of Flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups of Sugar
5ml Bicarb Soda
1/3 cup Cocoa (80ml)
A pinch of salt
Ingredients (Dry)
2 cups boiling water
1 cup oil
10ml vanilla
50ml whit vinegar
Mix all together
Method:
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Add boiling water mixture to dry ingredients
3. Whisk with a fork
4 Put into oven pan ( I used round cake tin for the round cake) Usually this goes all in 1 big oven pan
5. Bake 180 degrees @ 20 min or when cooked
For the Ganashe: Melted choc slab with cream. When cakes are cooled add the ganashe and let is set in fridge for about 1 hour
Note: for the vanilla I substitute the cocoa with same amount of maizena and it worked well.
