GARLIC BREAD BALL’S
Dough
2 large eggs
25g margarine
500 ml warm water
10 ml sugar
10 ml instant yeast
10 ml garlic salt or crushed garlic
Remember to use salt if you use crushed garlic
1 ml ground ginger
725 g cake flour
Beat eegs , sugar, water and marg together.
Mix garlic, yeast, salt ginger and a little of the flour together.
Add to egg mixture.
Knead dough for 10 min, place in bowl cover with cling wrap. Must double in size about an hour.
Divide into balls.
Garlic dip sauce
180 g marg
3 crushed garlic cloves
5 ml garlic salt
50 ml parsley chopped
10 ml mixed herbs
1-2 ml paprika
Mix all together and heat slightly just so the margarine melt.
Roll dough Ball’s in this mixture. Place dough inovenproof dish. Wrap with cling wrap again 30 min
Bake in pre heated oven 35 min
