BACON WRAPPED SWEET CORN
Right lets talk side dishes, in this case the sweet corn bacon wrap! Ladies pay attention this is a crowd pleaser!
What you need:
1. 2 packs of streaky bacon
2. A few jalapeno chillies
3. Some basil
4. Some flat leaf parseley
5. Salt
6. Pepper
7. 4 sweet corns
8. Olive oil
9. Grated chedder cheese
Method:
1. Finely cut the chillies and de seed them aswell
2. Lay the bacon out next to each other depending use the sweetcorns to determine how many next to each other.
3. Brush bacon with olive oil
4. Chop basil and flat leaf parseley finely
5. Sprinkel salt and pepper over bacon then add the chillie, parseley, basil and cheese
6. Now take the sweetcorn and from one end roll the bacon around it, a key note is that you must overlap your bacon and you can add more to secure it really niceley
7. Place on grill and turn occasionally, note to try and roll it instead of picking it up each time with the tong as this will destroy the bacon wrapping.
8. Braai until browned and serve.
