ROBYN’S TASTY NACHOS
I make it with chicken too. I use this for wraps, baked potatoes, pitas and Nacho’s.
1 onion
1 green pepper
500 gr mince
1 pkt tomato paste
1 tbls cumin
1 tbls sugar
2 TSP garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Fry garlic, onion and green pepper, add mince and brown. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, sugar and cumin. If it looks too dry, add water and cook further. I also put tomato sauce in sometimes or a dash of sweet chilli sauce.
