SABRINA’S ROASTED CHICKEN PIE IN PUFF PASTRY
1/2 Roast chicken strips..
1 carrot…200gr frozen peas..
1/2 punnet mushrooms
put all veggies in some butter and stir fry…then add 500ml chicken stock…cook until potatoe and carrots cooked add your chicken strips..then add 250ml fresh cream let thicken no need to add maziena…lay your puff pastry in dish place your chicken and veggies and cover with another layer of pastry leave a little hole in center and bake in oven at 180deg or until golden brown for 30mins.
