SABRINA’S BANOFFEE PIE
Base
250gr Tennis Biscuits crushed
150g Melted Butter
Mix together and press into pie dish..place in fridge for 2 hours.
Filling
2 Tins Caramel treat.
100ml beaten fresh cream
Stir together and place on top of biscuit base.
3 Bananas sliced on top of Caramel filling.
500ml Fresh beaten cream stiff.
Place cream on top of caramel
Sprinkle with toasted almonds and drizzled melted chocolate. Place in fridge until just before serving.
