THE TOAST WITH THE MOST
Roughly smash 1 avocado, making sure to leave it chunky.
Spread generously onto toasted bread.
Fry an egg in sizzling oil so that the edges crisp up and the yolk is cooked to your preference.
Place the egg onto the bread. Make a dressing with 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce, a squeeze of lime juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 chopped spring onion. Drizzle the egg with the dressing and serve.
