CARAMEL SAUCE FOR PUMPKIN FRITTERS

250ml cream
125ml sugar
50g margarine
5ml vanilla essence
Mix it all together and heat it for about 5 minutes
Put spoon fulls over the pumpkin cakes straight after they came out of the oven
Enjoy!!!
