SUEMERIA’S POTATO BAKE
Brown some onion, green pepper, yellow pepper, red pepper set aside.
Cook some bacon bits till almost done, add one can of corn kernels or frozen corn.
Cook till bacon is done.
Add the onion mix. In a glass bowl spread a layer of cooked potatoes add some of the mixture and spread evenly and coat with lots of mozzarella and cheddar cheese and sprinkle a thick layer of finely grated biltong.
Add another layer of potatoes and layer till the ingredients are done.
Add as much layers as you want.
Mix your packet of potato bake with 250ml cream and 250-300 ml milk and add a pinch of maizena to thicken the sauce extra and it makes it more creamy.
Add your potato bake mix to the potatoes, add some cheese on top and bake….
You can add more ingredients like mushrooms
