ADELLE’S STEAK PIE
R30’s rib eye steak.
1 large onion.
1 pkt Knorr beef onion soup.
Choose:
1 large potato cubed,
4 carrots cubed OR
cupful of diced mushrooms
1/2 small greenpepper OR
2 cups mixed veg.
1 pkt puff pastry lazy housewife dough.
Line one large pie dish or 6 smaller ones with puff pastry. Cut the steak in cubes and brown the steak and onion. Add water to cover add veg cook until soft. Mix soup with bit of water to remove lump add to mix. Bring boil until it thickens. Scoop into dish/es. Cover with lazy housewife dough. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 min. Serve with tomato salad (cubed or quartered) with dressing as preferred (vinegar, oil, herbs, etc).
