DENZY’S CAPPUCCINO CARAMEL AND CREAM COFFEE CAKE DESSERT
INGREDIENTS
5 eggs seperated
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
4 table spoons cocoa powder
Pinch salt
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 cups water
4 table spoons coffee
METHOD
Mix together egg yolks and sugar with mixer until nice and creamy,add oil and all dry ingredients with 2 teaspoons vanilla and mix well,mix egg whites into a meringue and fold into cake mix,bake in a preheated oven at 180’c for about 30 mins.in a sauce pan add sugar,water,coffee and 2 teaspoons vanilla essence stir and let it cook for 5 to 10 mins,make holes into cake when out of the oven and pour sauce of pudding,when cool down decorate with cappuccino caramel and cream.
