SUBTROPICAL ICE-CREAM DELIGHT
When it’s hot, you eat ice-cream:
2-3 scoops of your favourite flavour
1 pineapple ring cut into chunks
1 shot coconut milk
1 shot Amarula
Dust with cinnamon, to taste
