DI-BO’S HOMEMADE ICE CREAM
1 can condensed milk
600ml thickened cream
Blend together until it thickens but not turned into whipped cream

Then stir in whatever flavour you like:
Oreos
Nuts
Strawberries
Vanilla
Chocolate.
The list is endless….

  1. I made this using the homemade uncooked condensed milk recipe (also from the blog) and it was better than using a bought tin. It wasn’t as sweet. Very easy indeed. I only made vanilla but will be more adventurous.
