


CHEESE PASTIES
1 cup of yoghurt
2 cups self raising flour (more on the side just in case the dough is too sticky)
1/2 cup olive oil
pinch of salt
Filling:
Feta cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Kneed all together to form a dough. Cut into small circles, the size of a golf ball.
Spread it in the palm of your hand to form an oval shape.
Place the cheese in the middle and close the dough around the cheese to form a boat shape.
Bake in the oven at 200ºC for 10 – 15 min or until golden.
