TOP DECK SCOTTIES
As promised here is the Top Deck Scottie recipe at last.
4 x blocks of Top Deck Chocolates
750 ml sugar
500 ml butter
10ml vanilla essence
2 eggs
5 ml baking powder
5 ml salt
750 ml flour
Chop chocolate into large chunks, mix all other ingredients together with the chocolate, roll into golf ball size balls, flatten slightly with fork, bake about half an hour at 180 *C or until the underside is brown.
Yield about 40.
