This is a super-easy pasta dish, which is packed full of flavour. Orzo is tossed with basil leaves, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil and Parmesan cheese. This dish is perfect for packed lunches or dinner.
Ingredients

400g uncooked orzo pasta
20g chopped fresh basil leaves
35g chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
60g grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1.Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add orzo and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2.Place basil leaves and sun-dried tomatoes in a food processor. Pulse 4 or 5 times until blended.
3.In a large bowl, toss together the orzo, basil-tomato mixture, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
