TUNA SALAD L’ADORE
250 g shell noodles
100 ml oil
100 ml white vineger
10 ml sugar
5 ml mustard powder
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and pepper
2 tins of tuna in brine
1 can of anchovy fillets
1 packet of black olives, pitted and sliced
25 ml mayonnaise
2 tomatoes
4 hard boiled eggs
spring onions
Cook noodles till soft.
Make up French dressing – mix oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, garlic, salt and peper and pour over warm noodles.
Slice tomatoes.
Add tuna, olives, anchovies, spring onions and mayo and mix.
Add sliced eggs.
Allow to cool in fridge
