Fry onion, spring onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add mince and spices to taste.
(I like worchester, tomato and chutney sauce also – just a dollop of each).
Mix mince and macaroni together and pour into oven proof dish.
Whisk milk, wine, egg, flour, salt, pepper and parsley together.
Pour milk mixture over mince and mac in dish.
Placed sliced tomatoes in a layer on top.
Top with cheese.
Bake in oven at 200ºC for about 20 – 25 minutes.
Stand for 5 minutes before serving.
