AMISH BROCCOLI SALAD

This is to die for…

1 head broccoli, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

If you prefer you can steam the veggies a little, otherwise just mix the mayonnaise, cream sugar and salt as a salad dressing.  Place all the other ingrediets in a bowl and mix with salad dressing.

Julle…..! Hierdie moet julle baie beslis probeer! Ek het ander woorde wat ek wou gebruik het, maar dan gaan julle my van die blad af verwyder so lekker is dit….

Stoom net die groente, maar dit moet nog so bietjie ‘crunchy’ wees. Ons het knoffel by gesit en die suiker vervang met heuning
